UGP materials first Website

We are very glad to announce that our first homepage has been launched, marking our first steps into bringing our products to the market. We decided to give you a basic overview of our products and you can read up about new developments in our blog.

The technology behind this website

For those interested in tech we give you some insights in the way we created the website. Our design aproach is to have a simple one-page frontpage. The page is done as a “responsive” webpage, utilising the Bootstrap framework.

We used an existing framework to build the homepage. This is called HUGO, and is based on Googles GO language. Hugo is a generator taking inputs and creating static rendered files. This allows us to create fully static websites, with all the benefits of a content management system.
