Rudolf Sallinger Funds awards 20.000 Euro to UGP in Science & Business Award UGP materials was awarded the S&B award for most promising Spin-Off in 2018 award ceremony On June 6th of 2018, the Rudolf Sallinger Fund presented the S&B Award for entrepreneurial scientists for the fourth time. Goal of the S&B initiative is to anchor entrepreneurship in the Austrian university landscape and to strengthen entrepreneurial spirit especially among young people.
UGP presents CRYS to the world at the Hannover Messe 2018 Today we are officially launching our production of CRYS by presenting this new polyimide to the industry at the worlds leading industry fair “Hannover Messe 2018”. Together with the TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology) and the austrian chamber of commerce we are presenting CRYS at hall 5, booth D18 (the Austrian Pavilion). We are very grateful to the continuing support of the TU Wien to not only support our spin-off activity, but also to help and support us on an ongoing basis.
Dr. Miriam M. Unterlass wins Phoenix Business-Award UGP CSO Dr. Miriam M. Unterlass was awarded as best Prototype-Project at the prestigous Business Award “Phoenix” The best start-ups, spin-offs and prototypes are awarded the Phoenix Prize by the Federal Ministry of Economics, Science and Research. UGP got accepted into i2ncubator program of TU Wien We are glad to announce that the TU Wien incubation program, headed by the “innovation incubation center”, has decided to let UGP materials be part of the next incubation-period. The i2ncubator is a selective program helping spin-outs of the TU Wien ecosystem with a great program to acquire necessary skills, talend and experience to successfully grow the company to the next level.
